We have a very special son-in-law, Pat. His birthday is today. :)

We so appreciate who he is.....quiet and contemplative, yet has a great mind, loves sports, loves the Lord and studying His word (and teaching it),great father, wonderful husband, great friend. And of course, the man who loves our daughter and takes wonderful care of her and his family. Happy Birthday Pat. We love you.

Rebekah (precious granddaughter) is seven years old ~ and loves God.

She desired to be baptized, to share publicly her faith in God. Today was that day ~ her baptism. Pat was blessed to be able to do the baptism. What a special time to share with Rebekah and those who love her.

Yes, Pat was allowed to baptize Rebekah. A precious memory for this Dad and daughter.

Andrea (precious granddaughter) loves soccer. We love Andrea! We got to enjoy one of her games on Saturday and loved watching her sprint up and down the field. She did a great job and loved being with Phill, Christy and their kids.

Break in Spring Break Chores

It is Spring Break ~ we almost always take a few days and go to the beach to get some much needed rest, sun, and fun. This year, we decided we could use this time to get some things done around the house. We are cleaning, painting and organizing. Feels good......mostly. The beach comes to mind often! :)

Yesterday, we took a break and had lunch with Courtney and her kiddos.

What fun it was!
