Alden and I met at NC State University
in Raleigh, NC
Alden was friend's with Ralph,who was a year older than him.
Ralph graduated before I arrived at college.
We have stayed in contact for ALL these years ~
having seen each only once when we lived in Colorado Springs,
some 25 years ago!
Man, am I aging us or what? :)
Ralph and Jen were here in Northern Virginia for the weekend ~and we had the pleasure of getting caught up with each other.
They have 4 kids (along with their spouses) and 12 grandchildren!
What fun hearing Alden and Ralph reminisce....and talk through many of their
college friends, where they are and what they're up to.
Many are in full time Christian ministries ~ very special time ~
long time friends are wonderful!
