We Got Our Approval!

Our family has been waiting for this word for some time now~

Courtney and Pat have received their approval from Rwanda to

adopt two precious boys from there.  We are REJOICING!!!!!

Here is Courtney's email ~ giving us the FANTASTIC news.

Hi everyone!!!

Just wanted to share that we have FINALLY received our approval from the Rwandan government to adopt 2 boys from their country!!!! We have anxiously awaited this "step" in our journey since last May when we submitted our paperwork to Rwanda.

What's next??

Now we wait (again :-)) for them to match us with 2 boys and send us our "referral". This could happen as soon as 3 weeks from now...or a couple months from now. THEN, we will travel shortly after receiving our referral to go GET THEM!!! We don't know the timeline for sure...but we CAN finally say that we will be bringing our boys home in the next few months!

THANK YOU for all your continued support and encouragement in this process! It's been amazing, hard, beautiful, painful, and sweet all at the same time.

We can't WAIT to know who they are! That is the NEXT STEP!!!

{Dorian's note:  We continue to pray for God's hand on choosing the 2 specific boys for Courtney and Pat's family.  We pray for His perfect timing.  Again....we simply rejoice at this BIG step in the process.  We can't wait to meet these two new boys who will join our family.  Thank you God for your answer to many prayers.  The process continues.....and we will keep you informed!}
