Courtney and Pat went to COURT this morning ~
and PASSED court! Meaning.......
they have 2 new precious sons ~ Lincoln and Levi!
Officially THEIRS.
Thank you God! Congratulations Courtney and Pat!
We skyped with them this afternoon and ohhhh how good that was
to SEE them and get to talk with them!
Sawyer got to be a part of that! :)

While Courtney and Pat are in AFRICA ~
the grandparents GET to keep Sawyer!

Randy and Barbara have Sawyer the FIRST 10 days ~
And......Alden and I get him the SECOND 10 days.
BUT......
Barbara and Randy had committments today.....
and um....it just happens to be MY day off, thus, I got to spend the day with Sawyer!
How thankful I am!!!!!!

Sawyer and I have had SO much fun ~
hanging out together.
We played out in the front yard ~ took a walk ~
were on the "look out" for the "resident chipmunk" by our front step,
played with the water in the kitchen sink (tradition set up by Alden's mom with our kids!), &
"practiced Skyping" so when Mom and Dad call we're all SET!
Had lunch at McDonald's ~
played trucks and bubbles in the sunroom.
Tucked in his little bag ~ was this sweet book.
Courtney had told me about it, but oh my there it was!

i've watched the video of meeting the boys probably 100 times - just keep watching it over and over and over again!!! i'm having to stalk your blog in order to keep up with sawyer a little bit too - it's a long 3 weeks with them gone! praying you are feeling good - mom mentioned something about that to me...glad you got to have a little mini visit with sawyer today!!!
finally was able to get on here. oh, how good it was for me to see him. LOVE the day you had together! and LOVED seeing his smile in all the pics! AND i loved the pic of us skyping with him!!!
So glad that Sawyer is doing so well...I know that brings comfort to Court while she deals with so much else. Hmm...should I be praying anything special for you? I'm going to follow the other commenter and pray for your health, hoping that there is no reason that I need to. Can't wait to see you at the airport!
