Something we wait for.....for a long while ~ is precious beyond measure, isn't it.
My special kids and spouses ~ Courtney and Pat, Phill and Christy, Steve and Hannah ~ gave me a wonderful gift a while back. I have wanted a certain recipe box for awhile. It takes designing it and ordering it ~ and.....then ......it takes the store and artists about 4 months to actually make it. Well, I got it this weekend and I LOVE it! It is something that I will treasure for my lifetime.

sipping spiced tea or coffee ~
enjoying fruit, cheese and bread ~ favorites of ours
celebrating b'days (so fun!) and enjoying chocolate chip cookies (another favorite!)
and yes....cherishing life ~ with family and friends.
Oh my, thank you my dear children ~ you made your mom very happy indeed.I love you and my wonderful recipe box. It was worth the wait.
